Prescriptions will be processed within 48 hours. Always ensure that your repeat request is with us in good time.
Please note: If we do not have your repeat request by 12:30 it is not dealt with until the following day.
We can send your prescription to the local chemist for collection. The local Pharmacist also operates a ‘home delivery’ service which there may be a charge for.
If you have arranged for home delivery please discuss the timescale with the chemist.

Help with NHS costs
In England, around 90% of prescription items are dispensed free. This includes exemptions from charging for those on low incomes, such as:
These charges apply in England only. In Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales prescriptions are free of charge.
If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a PPC.
