Care Navigators

Our care navigators book doctor and nurse appointments. They will always do their best to answer any questions that you may have. Sometimes they will need to ask you for further details in order to assess how best they can help you. Please help them to help you. The team comprises of Reception Manager Claire , reception team Angela, Jemma, Natasha and Sam. All of our surgery staff will respect your privacy and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.

Pharmacist

JENY MADIGAN

Jeny is our practice pharmacist and works on Wednesday in the Practice and Thursday evenings. She assists the GPs with all matters relating to patients medication.

Community Nurses

If you are unable to attend the surgery for essential nursing care, the District Nurses may visit you at home. This is subject to assessment and we always recommend that you attend the surgery if you can. To speak to the District Nurse team please telephone 0117 3773356 and leave a message and telephone number. The nurses will then contact you.

Health Visitors

Health visitors hold a drop-in Child Health Clinic for children 0-5 years of age, on Wednesdays from 9.15am to 11.30am at the Early Years Centre (opposite the Health Centre). You can also call at The Withywood Centre 9-30 to 12.30 and 1-30pm to 4.30pm. Tel: 0117 9878325.
